Experience: Chris Faust - VILLAIN (issue two of three)
“I tell them matching Bentleys when we win tho, We moving out of Central  Because I want the World they call me VILLAIN and a schizo Maybe it’s my mental cuzz I’m tryna get paid  Whats taking Heroes years I tell my niggas 10 days”
Fact: Chris Faust makes my favorite mixtapes. Period. Issue 2 takes us deeper into the VILLAIN trilogy with another classic quote from Elijah Price, and smooth production from Woody, 6th Sense, Hannibal King, Nefarious, 2ThumbsUp and Omid G. 10, Hadji Quest, ScienZe, Maffew Ragazino, Kris Kasanova & Hiro Honma contribute their artistry to this canvas, completing a dastardly vision that is one issue away from completion. The feeling from when I first heard Comic Books: Unlimited, reigns throughout this project, and the posse cut for this issue, Hellfire Club, is vicious .Faust has done nothing but continue to hone his craft and provide consistently amazing work. He should get his own booth at ComiCon.

Experience: Chris Faust - Villain (Issue One of Three)
“Mrs. Price: This is one of Johann Davis’s earliest drawings. See the villain’s eyes? They’re larger than the other characters’. They - insinuate a slightly skewed perspective on how they see the world. Just off normal.
David Dunn: Doesn’t look scary.
Mrs. Price: Mm-hmm. That’s what I said to my son. But he says there’s always two kinds; there’s the soldier villain - who fights the hero with his hands; and then there’s the real threat - the brilliant and evil archenemy - who fights the hero with his mind.” - The Preface II [Unbreakable]
Fact: 2012 marks the return of proper concept-based albums, and Chris Faust will always set the standard for what it should be. Touching on every emotion that artists would want t The first issue brings us features from Scienze, 10, QuESt, Dremur, Cocoa Sarai (because a Faust project is incomplete if she’s not there. Seriously.) and Mike Maven, with production by Oddisee, B. Lewis, Nick Tharpe, Hannibal, Dujeous and Omid G. I rarely by single issue comics, but one would be a fool to ignore this one. Stay tuned for issues 2 and 3, and possibly a the trade? Nerdspeak, ya’ll don’t hear me though. Experience: Chris Faust - Villain

Experience: Chris Faust - Mr. Sinster (feat. Sunny Jones/The Joker) (prod. 2Thumbs Up)
Fact(s):
Faust highlights the potential for villainy in all men with this uncut diamond from the upcoming VILLAIN mine. Evil is within us all, however, so if a remix of this song appears featuring Posion Ivy or Harley Quin, I wouldn’t bat the proverbial eyelash
I never took the time to publicly appreciate the moniker transition of Chris Faust from the artist formerly known as Print. It is reminiscent to the moment that Powerman decided to start calling himself Luke Cage. I just let my nerd show didn’t I? That’s cool.

Experience: Chris Faust - Genesis (prod. by Ibe) [Visual]

Fact: FAUST remains one of the most solid works I’ve listened to in a while. The imagery of the lyrics from track one of FAUST is brought to a clarity with in this visual directed by Eric Diaz and Faust himself. If the fates have been unkind to you and you haven’t heard it, have no fear.

“I’ve studied the form of comics intimately. I spent a third of life in a hospital bed with nothing else to do but read. I believe comics are our last link to an ancient way of passing on history. The Egyptians drew on walls. Countries all over the world still pass on knowledge through pictorial forms. I believe comics are a form of history that someone, somewhere, felt or experienced. Then of course those experiences got chewed up in the commercial machine, got jazzed up, made titillating, cartooned for the sale rack.” - The Preface (by Elijah Price), Comic Books: Unlimited

Facts(s):
Comic Books: VILLAIN is set to be released on October 11th.
 The following is an understatement: I am excited for the release of this new offering from Chris Faust.
